brainfreeze software license agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single conscious entity) and the brainfreeze team. By downloading, installing, or executing brainfreeze ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, click Cancel.

1. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, especially as relates to any altered state of consciousness that may result.

2. You accept full responsibility for any consequences, intended or unintended, that may arise from running the Software. This includes, but is not limited to: altered perception of reality, sudden onset enlightenment, dissociation from previously held beliefs, unbidden recollection of forgotten memories, prolonged silence, and the inability to return to one's previous worldview.

3. The Software may cause the device on which it operates (your brain) to behave in ways not contemplated by the manufacturer. The brainfreeze team is not responsible for warranty claims and it is the operator's responsibility to determine whether use of the Software is appropriate for their model and configuration.

4. The Software performs payload delivery via a carefully crafted visual sequence. You accept that you will view this sequence in full where expected, without interruption. Looking away will not undo the procedure.

5. Once initiated, the jailbreak cannot be reversed except by manual re-flashing through ordinary life experiences over a non-deterministic period of time, and by watching other videos of the same type, some of which can be found on other pages of this site.

6. You agree not to redistribute the Software. Sharing the URL is permitted and encouraged.

7. This Agreement is governed by no law in particular. Any disputes will be resolved by quiet reflection.
